| For the financial year ended 31 December 2011, 1) an interim single tier dividend of 13 sen per share was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 19 July 2011 and subsequently paid on 16 August 2011; and 2) a final single tier dividend of 13 sen per share will be recommended for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
