Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, Bursa Malaysia Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce the following award of ordinary shares of RM0.50 each of the Company ("Plan Shares") under the Restricted Share Plan of the Company's Share Grant Plan.

The details of the Plan Shares offered to the selected employees of the Company are as set out in Table 1 in the attachment.
