2)  The last date of lodgment : 5 Apr 2016
3)  Date Payable : 18 Apr 2016

Remarks : The payment of the final dividend is subject to the shareholders' approval at the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which will be held on 31 March 2016 (under Agenda 2 of the Notice of 39th AGM).
